Inbox: users can see these contents after logging in. If it is unread information, it will be displayed in bold blue, and if it is read information, it will be displayed in normal gray font. You can click on the subject content to view the specific information content, and click the "Reply" button to reply to the received information in time. The operation of replying is the same as sending a message. After selecting the information to be deleted, it will be deleted into the "trash can".

Outbox: You can check the specific information you sent here, and you can also check the reception and reply of the sent SMS by receiving status/reply status. Click the "resend" button to resend the message, or click Edit specific topic content before resending.

Draft box: when the user sends a message, the saved but unsent information will be put here, and the message can be maintained and sent again after clicking the topic.
