From 2009, I worked as an intern in the Judicial Bureau of xx City, xx Province for one month, and the whole internship lasted for several days. In these more than 30 days, with the help of my tutor Li, my school tutor Sun and my colleagues in the office, I successfully completed my internship task, gained work experience in changing jobs, consolidated and tested my undergraduate knowledge in recent years, and improved myself.

During the internship, I experienced the process of getting familiar with the judicial bureau, printing documents, sorting out documents, sorting out files, sorting out publicity materials, serving superior documents and instructions, participating in community legal system construction and publicity, and preaching education in person. These tasks from simple to complex are not only the process of my study and work, but also the recognition of my previous simple work and my ability by internship units, teachers and comrades in the unit.

Summary:

The Justice Bureau of xx Province belongs to the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China and the Justice Department of xx Province. Belongs to the administrative organs. The Provincial Department of Justice is its direct superior department and accepts the leadership of the xx municipal government of xx province.

Organizational system:

Xx Municipal Bureau of Justice is composed of the following departments

Office, Political Department, Lawyers Section, Notary Section, Legal Publicity Section, Legal Aid Section, Crime Prevention Research Office, Judicial Examination Section, Grassroots Work Guidance Section, Finance Office, Personnel Section, Retired Cadres Section, Director's Office, etc.

I work in the office, but every day Miss Li helps me arrange the main work. I also carry out legal publicity and education activities with my colleagues in the Legal Publicity Section and the Grassroots Work Guidance Office.

In China, the judicial bureau belongs to the administrative department, which is quite different from other judicial departments in functions and work, and slightly similar to legal service institutions such as law firms. To understand the functions of the Bureau of Justice, we should start with the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China.

The Ministry of Justice is the superior organ of judicial bureaus and judicial departments all over the country. There are directly affiliated institutions and directly under the authority, whose main functions are to carry out legal and legal education, legal aid, organize national legal examinations, train legal talents, assist judicial organs, ensure judicial independence and impartiality, and prevent judicial corruption. It is very different from the work of general judicial organs. It has no power to make laws.

The main work of the Judicial Bureau of xx City, xx Province where I am located is:

My job:

During the one-month internship, I mainly did two major tasks.

The first is secretarial work such as documents, data sorting and document distribution. Secondly, I personally participated in the local legal publicity and education work and the civil mediation work with legal relief. Of course, the entourage plays an auxiliary role in these tasks.

My first job was to input unimportant government documents by computer, which was not difficult for me, a student who just started internship.

The requirement of this work is to input the documents into the computer in the form of text and store them in a unified folder in the office. Because the documents issued by the government need to be stamped with the official seal, signed by the superior person in charge and signed by the director, they cannot be issued in the form of computer documents. Generally in the form of fax. I scanned the plate file with a scanner, and then recorded it as a text file.

Because there are not many government documents and few contents, my code speed is still relatively fast, so this work is hardly difficult. Of course, my heart does not contain a contemptuous attitude. First of all, as a government document. There must be no mistakes in the format and text, and it must be completed with a rigorous attitude and a serious and responsible spirit. Secondly, as the first job of internship, we must do it well and leave a good impression on teachers and internship units. Evaluation: Teacher Li gave me a high evaluation after work. I am grateful that I can finish my first job quickly and well.

Legal publicity

A week before the Spring Festival holiday, the Provincial Department of Justice and the Provincial Public Security Department issued a unified document to organize local judicial bureaus and public security bureaus to carry out legal safety education activities in urban areas and communities before the Spring Festival to ensure that the broad masses of the people have a safe and happy Spring Festival.

After receiving the notice from the ministries and agencies, the personnel of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, the office and the Legal Publicity Department began to take action. Because this action is an annual routine, people do not feel a sense of urgency.

As an intern, I also took part in this action arranged by Teacher Li. Accompanied by my colleagues in the Legal Publicity Department, I went to the neighborhood committee in the city to give a lecture on the legal system.

About the preparation of materials

As a legal publicity activity, materials must be prepared, including last year's publicity materials and this year's new national, provincial and municipal laws and regulations on social security. For example, the new Public Security Administration Punishment Law, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's opinion on strengthening social emergency management, the notice of xx Provincial Civil Affairs Department on strengthening public security management on holidays, and the documents of the Ministry of Justice and the Provincial Department of Justice on similar situations.

Because the materials are ready-made, I just need to find out these documents from the archives and computers, print them into volumes, send them to the desks of relevant personnel, give them to professionals, and write new feasible plans.

At the request of teacher Li. I asked my colleagues one by one about the main work and details of legal publicity in recent years, specific to every step.

My new task is to make a similar plan.

Publicity plan:

It is still very difficult for an intern who has never had this experience. Fortunately, there are ready-made plans for several years to refer to and professionals to answer my questions, so it is much less difficult.

Key points of the plan:

First, highlight three key points and actively improve publicity efficiency. The three major points are around the propaganda theme. Around the community. Around the activity center.

Second, efforts should be made to publicize legal knowledge and improve people's legal quality.

Third, contact the media extensively and do a good job in publicity through modern means such as SMS. I first put forward the method of using mobile phones, and there was no such measure before. My method was affirmed by the teacher and was adopted only after giving advice to professionals. )

Fourth, strengthen organizational leadership and establish a sound publicity network. Attach great importance to it, strengthen contact, and provide solid organizational guarantee for propaganda work. Strengthen manpower and material resources to meet the needs of propaganda work. Improve the propaganda work network and establish a propaganda team with keen information and quick response.

Actual publicity action

The publicity campaign started on March and lasted for several days. A subordinate judicial office, local public security bureau and police station launched a unified action. I invited myself to participate in the whole activity.

As an attache, I attended legal lectures in three communities, listened to and recorded the lectures, and asked questions from the masses. Faced with all kinds of problems, I deeply understand that as a legal worker, professional quality is particularly important. Even if you absorb new knowledge, you must have the ability to adapt quickly.

During the whole internship, I contacted a large number of professionals and professional knowledge, and carried out publicity activities through personal practice. It is because I have a deeper and more vivid understanding of the professional knowledge I have learned in the university, and I have mastered the connotation of legal knowledge more accurately through the combination of theory and practice. This kind of internship experience can not be mastered through school books. In practice, I realized the difference between professional knowledge and practical application. At present, China's laws and regulations are constantly improving. Every day, new laws and regulations are promulgated, and there are countless government documents. Therefore, only by constantly absorbing new knowledge and constantly improving ourselves every day can we gain a foothold in the legal profession and seek new achievements.
