First, the way to apply for collection

From 2019110.5, forensics personnel log on to the "User Center of Public Service Platform" on the website of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (rsj.beijing.gov.cn), register and select "Certificate System for Professional and Technical Personnel", and voluntarily choose the form of certificate collection (EMS express or on-site handling).

Choose EMS express. After confirming the information, the certificate collection method remains unchanged. In principle, the certificate will be mailed within one week after the submission of the information, and the progress SMS notification will be sent. (EMS courier fee is paid directly by the claimant to China Post).

Select the on-site collection method. You can collect it at the Beijing Personnel Testing Center (the lobby on the first floor of Building 3, Lianhuayuan, Haidian District, Beijing) according to the specified time, or you can change the collection method to EMS express delivery at any time.
