Why doesn't the mobile phone display the number sent by others?

What should I do if I don't display the other party's number or display an unknown number when making a phone call with OPPO?

1. The caller ID function may not be enabled. You can contact the operator to confirm whether the caller ID service is enabled.

2. If the other party turns on/sets "Incoming Number Hiding", the phone will not display the incoming number when it receives an incoming call;

3. Some third-party software also has the function of setting the number as unknown or hiding the incoming number. If such software is installed, you can try to uninstall the software in turn to confirm whether it can be restored.

4. If the SIM card is put into other mobile phones, it is recommended to replace the SIM card.

5. If this phenomenon still occurs when other SIM cards are put into the mobile phone, please back up your personal data and take the purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the nearest OPPO customer service center for testing and processing.
