Oppo SMS can't be sent. What happened?

If you are using an OPPO mobile phone (ColorOS system) and can't send short messages, don't worry, you can check it like this:

1, confirm whether the mobile phone card is in arrears, and ensure that the phone bill balance is sufficient.

2. If "Sent" and "Delivered" are displayed at the bottom of the sent SMS, it may be the other party's mobile phone or network problem. You can turn on the "get delivery report" function in "information > three points in the upper right corner > settings > advanced settings".

3. If "Sending Failed" is displayed at the bottom of the sent SMS or the SMS status cannot be known, I suggest you check whether the number of the mobile phone information center is correct, and set the path "Open SMS >; Three points in the upper right corner > Settings > Advanced Settings > Information Center Number ",and the number of SMS center varies with operators and regions. It is recommended to consult the operator to find out the exact number change and then try to send a message.

If the center number is incorrect, you need to correct it in the SMS settings, restart or switch the flight mode to search the network again to see if it can return to normal.

4. If the center number is correct, but you still can't send SMS, please restart your phone or switch flight mode to search the network again.

I suggest you check whether the receiving number is correct and whether it contains special symbols.

6. If this happens in some places, it may be related to the signal or network environment. I suggest you use it in a place with good signal.

7. If this happens everywhere, it is recommended to replace the SIM card and compare it in different time periods. If it is determined that it is a SIM card problem, it is recommended that you contact the operator for handling; If there is something wrong with your mobile phone, I suggest you go to the official service center of OPPO for testing.
