How to write a report letter? Coal-related

This is called powerless? Let me teach you, three paragraphs:

One is asking questions. It is to come straight to the point and explain the core contents such as the typical problems and nature of your report object, and try to be concise and highly summarized;

The second is to produce evidence. Is to use real cases or legal and effective circumstantial evidence, put facts and reason, and prove the authenticity of your problems with the object of complaint from the beginning, try to be based on facts and take the law as the criterion, which should be both organized and in line with objective facts;

The third is to solve the problem. In other words, talk about your understanding of the harmful consequences caused by the problems you complain about, and your personal views or requirements on how to deal with them simply. Try to be reasonable, objective and fair.
