Enter Zhixing, find your ticket order, and then apply for a refund.

First, open the order details of the ticketing website. If there is a refund button, you can click the refund button, but you must confirm whether the refund is successful or not, so as not to deduct the fee if the refund is unsuccessful;

Second, if there is no refund button, you can go to the train station to pick up the ticket and refund it;

3. The ticket fee will be refunded by the original payment method within ten working days. If it is not received within the specified time, you need to contact the customer service of 12306 and the customer service of the third-party ticketing website for handling.

5. The refund fee is calculated as follows;

(1) Refunds that exceed 15 days (excluding) before driving will not be charged; 5% of the fare is calculated for those who stop at the bus stop more than 48 hours before, 10% for those who stop for more than 24 hours and 20% for those who stop for less than 24 hours;

(2) If another train arrives at the station more than 15 days before the train starts, and the ticket is refunded before 15 days before the train starts, a refund fee of 5% will still be charged;

(3) When the ticket is changed or "changed to the station", if the fare of the new ticket is lower than that of the original ticket, the difference will be refunded, and the refund fee for the difference will be charged and the current refund fee standard will be implemented;

(4) The mantissa calculated above is in the unit of 5 angles, the mantissa smaller than 2.5 angles is truncated, the mantissa larger than 2.5 angles and smaller than 7.5 angles is counted as 5 angles, and the mantissa larger than 7.5 angles is counted as 1 yuan. The minimum refund fee is calculated in 2 yuan;

(5) If the change of the arrival date of the ticket is in the peak period of Spring Festival travel rush, the refund fee will be charged according to the standard that the departure time is less than 24 hours.
