The center has four leaders, including the director, full-time party branch secretary and two deputy directors.

Personnel composition: There are 62 employees in the center, including 20 from party member, 4 with senior titles, 33 with intermediate titles and 25 with junior titles.

Department setting: office, epidemic prevention department, school health department, endemic disease department, physical examination department, public health department, occupational prevention department and laboratory department.

Main instruments and equipment: ion meter, acidity meter, photoelectric analytical balance, X-ray machine, clean workbench, biosafety cabinet, spectrophotometer, etc.

Current qualification: passed the national metrology certification in 2004. National reference laboratory for iodine deficiency disorders.

Job function: 1, responsible for the management and implementation of specific work of disease prevention and control within its jurisdiction; Responsible for the management of vaccine use within the jurisdiction, organize the implementation of immunization, disinfection and control of vector biological hazards. 2, responsible for the area of public health emergencies monitoring, investigation and information collection, reporting, the implementation of specific control measures. 3. Carry out routine inspection of pathogenic microorganisms and pollutants. 4. Undertake inspection and testing tasks related to health supervision and law enforcement entrusted by the health administrative department. 5, to guide the medical and health institutions, urban community health organizations and rural township (town) hospitals to carry out health and epidemic prevention work, responsible for assessment, and to train personnel engaged in disease prevention and control. 6, responsible for the monitoring and reporting of epidemic situation and public health * * * hazards, guide the relevant departments of villages and towns to collect and report the epidemic situation. 7, to carry out health education and health promotion activities, popularize knowledge of health and disease prevention.
