1. First log in to Tenpay: www.tenpay.com.

2. Click on the account information in the upper right corner.

3. After jumping out of the page, click Modify in the bound mobile phone column.

4. If the mobile phone can receive SMS, please follow the SMS prompts.

5. If you can't receive the message, click to receive the message.

6. Modify by payment password+security question+ID number.

7. If you forget the payment password or password problem, you can only change it by appealing and fill it in as prompted.
