How to check the industrial and commercial account opening bank

There are five ways to query.

1. Customer service hotline

Call the ICBC customer service hotline 95588, transfer to manual service, and provide bank card information as required to query the account opening bank information.

2. Branch inquiry

Bring your ID card and bank card to the counter of an ICBC branch for inquiry.

3. Text message

Send the text message "KHH# card number or account number" to 95588 for enquiry.

4. Computer

Log in to online banking and select the "Account List - Card List" function to query the bank where your account is opened.

5. Mobile phone

Follow the "ICBC Electronic Banking" official account, click "My" in the lower right corner, and you can see the account opening bank.
