Why didn't the uploaded photo pass the examination?

If the ID photo fails to pass the review, you can check whether there are any of the following situations:

1. The uploaded photo must be a valid second-generation ID card filled in when handling the number card;

2. Upload the name first, and then upload the national emblem. Please ensure that the documents are complete and unobstructed;

4. After a certain number of failures, you can choose to directly enter online video authentication, and then you will enter manual verification. If the verification still fails, a message will be sent to your reserved contact number, or you can go to the business hall with your ID card.
