(1) Please keep a light diet 3 days before the physical examination, avoid greasy food and alcohol, and ensure a good sleep. Fasting after 20:00 p.m. before physical examination 1 day, not drinking water after 22:00, and attending physical examination on an empty stomach that morning.

(2) Please go to the designated hospital for physical examination within the specified time. If it is overdue, it will be deemed as automatic waiver, and no longer accompany other personnel during physical examination. Leave on your own after the medical examination, and the medical examination results will be collected by our bank.

(3) Candidates who take part in the physical examination must bring their ID cards and the original employment agreement for backup (graduates from overseas colleges and university students "village officials" can bring their ID cards).

(4) It is forbidden to resort to deceit in the process of physical examination. If there are fraudulent acts such as impersonation, once found, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(5) The medical examination fee 450 yuan shall be borne by the candidates who take part in the medical examination.
