How to delete the debit card SMS notification service?

You can cancel the debit card SMS notification service through mobile banking, personal online banking, BOC counters, smart counters and other channels.

1. You can log in to mobile banking, and follow the prompts on the page through the functions of "Home-Account Management-Click on the related account-Select' Call Notification'-Select the mobile phone number to be closed".

2. You can log in to personal online banking, and through the function of "Account SMS Service-SMS Service Management", you can modify and delete the contracted account after selecting it.

3. You can take your valid ID and debit card/account with SMS service to handle SMS notification service at the business outlets of China Bank.

Reminder: SMS notification service for account change will take effect immediately after termination.
