Second, it may be that the bound mobile phone has been changed recently or the device has been used. Similarly, for security reasons, the system has temporarily stopped running. I suggest you wait two or three days before trying to open a loan.

Third, you often don't use loans. When you meet the loan opening conditions within a certain period of time, the system will automatically open it for you. Excuse me. I gave you a quota, too. But you haven't used this quota since it was opened, and the platform will think that you don't need to occupy this quota, so your loan may be closed.
