I. Issuance of Admission Notice

The list of graduate students to be admitted to our school must be submitted to the Ministry of Education for approval before it can be confirmed as formal admission and an admission notice can be issued. The time is expected in late June. All the admission notices are sent by post. Please log in to the system from May 10 to May 25 to confirm the accuracy and timeliness of the mailing address information, so as to ensure that you can receive the admission notice at that time, otherwise it will be mailed according to the address and telephone number left by the candidates when they register online.

Second, the personnel shift letter printing

Candidates can log in to the system to print the personnel transfer letter (electronic version), and the original transfer letter will be mailed together with the admission notice.

The following four types of candidates do not need to print the file transfer letter: 1. Candidates who are employment-oriented when applying for the exam; 2. Part-time candidates; 3. "Master Program" candidates; 4. Freshmen in our school (handled by the school archives).
