Are Taobao members reliable?

Burying piles may be suspected of cheating money.

I bought a TV version of the annual membership, but most of them can't watch TV. Contact customer service and say that due to some copyright issues, it will only be given to members for one month. I bought the TV version, but I still need the membership for that month. If there are too many TV versions, I can't watch them.
