The specific cancellation steps are as follows:

1. Turn on the computer and search the online business hall of China Mobile in the computer browser, and you will see the following picture. Click to enter official website.

2. Find the basic service in the service classification toolbar, as shown in the figure below, click the basic service function, and click the business query and unsubscribe below the service.

3. Click on the business query to unsubscribe, and the page will jump to the following screen, where you can see your personal business.

4. There is a password change under the basic service. Find the password change, click this option to enter the password change function.

5. Enter the accepted verification code in the mobile phone verification code input box.
