Li Wenquan, male, born in February, 1966, is a villager in Xiaojiaqiao Village, Gu Jun Town, Qishan County. In 2009, Li Wenquan was adopted to his home in Xiaojiaqiao Village, Zhang Hongli. Since then, he has shouldered the burden of the family and worked hard to support his stepson, stepdaughter and lover's mother-in-law.
