Joining the State Grid requires the following preparations:

I. Time and place of registration The time and place of registration shall be subject to the notice issued by the provinces, and the provinces will also send text messages to new employees before reporting. Therefore, everyone must keep their mobile phones on in the near future and pay more attention to checking mobile phone messages. If you have to change your mobile phone number, please log on to the recruitment platform of State Grid Corporation in time to change your personal information.

2. Information required for registration (1) Necessary materials

① ID card

(2) Registration card (if it is a specific contracting unit, it should be titled "State Grid xxx Electric Power Company")

③ Graduation certificate

④ Degree certificate (not required for junior college students)

⑤ Academic degree certificate (only for graduates from outside China).

⑥ CET-4 and CET-6 certificates or transcripts.

⑦ Computer secondary certificate

Eight one-inch bareheaded color photos with white background.

Note: You must bring the original and photocopy of the above materials 1 copy (copy on A4 paper) when you register.

(2) Other materials

(1) Failing to submit the employment agreement (copy retained by the company), remember to submit it on the day of registration.

(2) Graduates who need to settle down for non-local students should also bring one-inch color bareheaded photos and the original and photocopy of the following materials (taking Tianjin as an example): household registration certificate (moving address is "Tianjin" or "Tianjin jurisdiction"); If there are any changes, the contents of the changes must be stamped with the seal of the household registration department), the employment agreement (graduates keep copies), and the application form for entering Tianjin (non-Tianjin graduates from foreign universities).

(3) party member (or preparing for party member) also needs to bring a letter of introduction of party organization relations (pay attention to the validity period of the letter of introduction), taking Tianjin as an example: graduates of colleges and universities affiliated to Tianjin, the letter of introduction is headed as "Organization Department of Party Committee of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company"; Non-Tianjin university graduates, the letter of introduction issued by the school is entitled "Organization Department of Party Committee of Tianjin SASAC". After reporting, please give the organizational relationship letter to the staff of each unit separately, and don't mix it with other materials, so as not to affect the transfer of organizational relationship.

(4) carrying graduates' files. After the graduates are assigned to the grass-roots units, the grass-roots units will assist the graduates to handle the file transfer procedures.

Third, precautions ① Prepare relevant materials in advance to avoid getting cold feet and being in a hurry.

② Prepare black charcoal pens, staplers, paper clips, file bags, folders and other items in advance to facilitate sorting out various materials.

(3) Temporarily shut down software such as mobile phone security guards to avoid missing calls and text messages related to reporting.

(4) Some provinces can reimburse travel expenses at the time of declaration. Graduates should remember to take good care of their tickets and invoices.
