After a preliminary understanding, the two sides shook hands and exchanged business cards.

Use your hands when handing over. Take a look at it before you put it away to show your attention to each other. When handing it, face each other literally.

When you receive someone else's business card, you should return it. If you don't, you should explain to others. If both parties pay at the same time, they should pay with their left hands and their right hands.

7. Accommodation arrangements

After receiving the guests, help them with their luggage. Arrange vehicles to pick up and drop off VIPs and arrange VIPs' accommodation.

Matters needing attention in airport pick-up

Before arrival:

1. Please contact the pick-up volunteers as soon as possible to reconfirm the flight number and arrival time. If there are visa reasons, flight changes and other emergencies that affect the itinerary, be sure to inform in advance!

2. If the mobile phone has been roaming around the world, you can tell the volunteers your number and write down the volunteer's number for easy contact.

If the flight is not a direct flight from China to Houston, it is suggested that volunteers be informed of any changes in the itinerary when they arrive at the transit airport in the United States. For example, if you take a flight from Beijing to Los Angeles to Houston, you can contact volunteers after entering the customs at Los Angeles Airport and tell them that everything is going well before boarding, or you can change your flight because of the previous flight delay to avoid volunteers coming in vain.
