Fill in the report form and click Submit to complete the report.

According to the relevant regulations, those who make, transport, copy, sell or rent obscene books, pictures, movies, audio-visual products and other obscene articles or use computer information, VoIP and other communication tools to spread obscene information shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and may be fined less than 3,000 yuan; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for less than 5 days or fined for less than 500 yuan.

Whoever commits one of the following acts shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and fined for more than 500 yuan and less than 1000 yuan:

1, organize the broadcast of obscene audio and video;

2. Organizing or performing obscene performances;

3. Participate in gathering people for fornication.

Whoever knowingly provides conditions for others to engage in the activities mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 66 Whoever engages in prostitution or whoring shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days, and may also be fined not more than 5,000 yuan; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan.

Whoever solicits prostitutes in public places shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than 500 yuan.

Article 363 of the Criminal Law

Whoever makes, copies, publishes, sells or disseminates obscene articles for profit shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance and shall also be fined; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and shall also be fined; If the circumstances are especially serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated.
