The traffic police will impose a fine if the driver refuses to leave and drives a vehicle to obstruct the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians. If the driver is not present, and the parked vehicle obstructs the traffic of other vehicles and pedestrians, in addition to fines and tickets, the traffic police department has the right to tow the vehicle to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or park it at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ. Illegal parking is one of the long-standing problems in urban traffic. The traffic control department reminded that motor vehicles can only be parked in road parking berths, and parking is prohibited in other places; When parking a vehicle in a parking berth, the vehicle shall be parked forward, and the body shall not exceed the parking berth. "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 63 When a motor vehicle is temporarily parked on the road, the following provisions shall be observed:

(a) in the absence of stop signs and markings, in the motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks with isolation facilities, as well as crosswalks, construction sites, no parking.

2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above places.

3) In front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, parking is not allowed except using the above facilities.

4) Before the vehicle stops, it is not allowed to open the doors and get on and off personnel, and opening and closing the doors shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians.

5) Roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road. Motorists are not allowed to leave the vehicle, get on and off people or load and unload articles, and then leave immediately.

6) City buses are not allowed to get on or off passengers on roads outside the station.
