How to check China Mobile’s real-name registration

Open the China Mobile app and click on the avatar on the My page to enter the personal information interface. You can check your name and real-name authentication status. You can check the real-name authentication status in the mobile phone business hall. If you want to check the name of the phone owner, you need to call 10086 for consultation.

First use Baidu search to find the official website of China Mobile Online Business Hall and click to enter, as shown in the picture. After entering, select the "My Mobile" option, as shown in the picture. Then enter the corresponding information to log in, as shown in the figure. After logging in, open the "Real Name System Query" to enter, as shown in the figure.
