The scope of reward reporting in the "Incentive Measures" is extended to Henan Province, and informants can report by real name and anonymity. If you report by mail, telephone, SMS or mobile APP, you should indicate your name, ID number and contact information. If you report anonymously, you can add a digital password with more than 6 digits as your own code instead of your own name.

The "Incentive Measures" mentioned that after the implementation of the measures, the public security organs in the province will implement special personnel management for all reporting clues. The acceptance, circulation, preliminary investigation, publicity, reply and reward of all clues related to black and evil are supervised by special personnel. Those who intentionally or negligently disclose informants and clues will be dealt with strictly in accordance with relevant regulations. It is reported that only a few temporary reward methods have been set up in various parts of Henan Province before, and there are no unified and specific regulations on how to set prizes, redeem prizes and receive prizes for reporting clues.
