Set up a special postgraduate enrollment plan for "retired college student soldiers". According to the actual demand, less than 5000 students are enrolled for retired college soldiers every year, which is issued separately in the total enrollment scale of graduate students in China. The military service of college students (including freshmen) will be included in the student selection index system excluded by the school. Colleges and universities include military service in the selection index system for students excluded from the school. Retired persons who have won the second class merit or above may be exempted from the examination (referring to the initial examination) to study for a master's degree if they meet the conditions. Expand the scope of extra points for postgraduate entrance examination to college students (including freshmen). 6. Support employment. Retired soldiers participate in vocational education and skills training free of charge within 1 year after retirement; Retired soldiers engaged in self-employment will receive tax incentives and small secured loans, and retired soldiers engaged in low-profit projects will receive financial incentives. After retiring from active service 1 year, college graduates can be regarded as fresh graduates of colleges and universities, and they can go through the employment registration formalities again in the original colleges and universities with the formalities of employing units.

Financial assistance

1. Priority payment. If the on-the-job employees are recruited for active service, the original unit will issue all the wages, bonuses and various subsidies for the month when they are approved to join the army. During the period of conscripts, the local government gives family preferential payments every year. Our province stipulates that it shall not be less than 4500 yuan per year, and those higher than this standard shall be paid according to the previous standard. If the household registration is outside the province before enrollment, the preferential payment will be paid to the army.

2. tuition compensation. The state compensates the tuition fees paid by college graduates and students who have been enlisted for compulsory military service at school, and gives tuition subsidies to college students who have been discharged from the army and resumed their studies and freshmen who were admitted to ordinary colleges and universities before enlisting and retained their admission qualifications. 3. Subsidy expenses.
