How to view the list of call records

This method includes mobile phone business hall inquiry, online business hall inquiry and manual customer service inquiry.

1. Mobile phone business hall inquiry: open the corresponding mobile phone business hall application and log in with your mobile phone number and password. In the application main interface, select the option of "Call Record" or "SMS Record", enter the time period and related conditions to be queried according to the page prompts, and click "Query" button.

2. Online business hall inquiry: Visit the online business hall official website through the browser, and log in with the mobile phone number and password. In the main interface of the online business hall, select the option of "phone bill inquiry" or "bill details inquiry", select the month and time period to be inquired according to the page prompts, and click "Query".

3. Manual customer service inquiry: If the above two methods can't meet the demand, you can directly call the operator's manual customer service phone for inquiry, and the customer service staff will guide you to complete the inquiry operation.
