(2) Freshmen from College of Art, College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, College of Ocean and Biotechnology, College of Media, and College of Physical Education and Health Sciences reported to the West Campus of Guangxi University for Nationalities on September 12 (No.North section of Pengfei Road in Nanning 1). On the day of registration, the school has freshmen reception stations at railway station, Langdong bus station, Jiangnan bus station, Anji bus station, Jinqiao bus station and Xixiangtang bus station. You can take the school freshman reception bus to report to school. Those who come to school by car can take the K 1 special line and bus No.804 at the railway station and get off at the west campus of Guangxi University for Nationalities. Xixiangtang Bus Station takes the special lines 58, 804, 805, K 1 and gets off at the west campus of Guangxi University for Nationalities. Take bus No.76 at Langdong Bus Station, bus No.55 at Jiangnan Bus Station, bus No.54 at Anji Bus Station and bus No.66 at Jinqiao Bus Station. Get off at the west intersection of Xiangsihu, Daxue Road, and then transfer to the K 1 special line, bus No.58, bus No.804 and bus No.805 to get off at the west campus of Guangxi University for Nationalities.

Two, freshmen should submit the following materials when reporting.

Admission notice for freshmen, copy of resident ID card (original to be inspected), admission ticket for college entrance examination, proof of household registration transfer (not required), middle school files (with the admission notice, you can get them from graduation middle school or local file management unit, and the file bag must be sealed and stamped), 14 one-inch photo with white background (color photo of ID card specifications). If you are party member or a member of the League, you must bring the party membership at or above the county (city). Students applying for student-origin credit loan must hold the original loan acceptance certificate; To apply for financial aid for students from poor families, you need to hold materials such as the Questionnaire on Family Economic Status of Students from Guangxi University for Nationalities (see point 6 for details). Note: 1. The name on the household registration certificate and the letter of introduction of the party and the youth league organization must be consistent with the name on the admission notice and admission ticket. 2. Freshmen who have lost their ID cards must go to the local public security organ to issue a certificate of loss reporting. 3. If the name on the admission notice is inconsistent with the actual name of the candidate due to computer entry, the candidate shall not alter it without authorization; You must show the certificate of the middle school and county (city) admissions office, as well as the copy of the admission ticket and ID card (household registration book) to the admissions office of our school. After verification, you can register.

Third, account migration.

(1) The principle of household registration transfer is voluntary, and freshmen can choose whether to move their household registration into our school. Freshmen whose household registration is in Nanning area will not move their household registration.

(two) the new students who move into the household registration must go through the formalities of moving into registered permanent residence within three months after the new students enter the school, and they will not go through the formalities after the deadline. After the new students' accounts move into the school, the collective accounts of the students in the school will be managed by the security department. In addition to dropping out of school or transferring to another school, students can only move out of school with the residence permit of the public security organ or after graduation.

(3) In order to ensure the accuracy of the information of the account transfer certificate, freshmen should pay attention to the following matters when they transfer the account:

1. The moving-in address on the household registration certificate is unified as: Guangxi University for Nationalities in Nanning, Guangxi or University East Road in Nanning 188; Subordinate police station: Xixiangtang police station of Nanning Public Security Bureau.

2. The "name" on the account transfer certificate must be consistent with the name on the new student admission notice, and it cannot be the previous name. The "citizen ID number" must be consistent with the ID number reported by the freshmen in the college entrance examination and the ID number they hold.

3. The "native place" and "native place" columns on the household registration certificate cannot be left blank or only "province (or district)", but should be specific to "province (or district) city (or county)".

4. The proof of account migration shall be stamped with the special account seal of the police station where the account moves out.

5. If the important matters in the household registration book are manually changed, it must be stamped with the special seal for household registration of the local police station and the seal of the police. Unauthorized alterations will not be allowed into the house.

6. Please use pencil to fill in my height, blood type and the validity period of my ID card in the blank space of the remarks column of the account transfer certificate.

Four. Fees and standards

(1) Tuition fee

1. All majors are charged by the credit system, and the tuition fees received in advance each academic year are:

China's minority languages, literature and ethnology majors are free of tuition; Political science and administration, history of China's production, sociology, social work and history, 4600 yuan; Mathematics and applied mathematics, physics, chemistry, 5000 yuan;

Intellectual property, anthropology, law, international affairs and international relations, social sports guidance and management, education, physical education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese international education, editing and publishing, communication, journalism, Indonesian, Burmese, Malay, English, French, Vietnamese, Lao, Thai and Cambodian majors are 5050 yuan; Polymer materials and engineering, metal materials engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, business administration, archival science, public enterprise management, public enterprise management (national defense education and management), administrative management and marketing are 5,500 yuan; Electronic information engineering, automation, communication engineering, chemical engineering and technology, environmental engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering, Internet of Things engineering, network engineering, tourism management, logistics management, e-commerce, information management and information system, human resource management, accounting, international economy and trade, financial mathematics, finance, taxation, applied psychology, applied chemistry, information and computing science, biotechnology, etc. The majors of radio and television choreography, dance performance, dance science, fine arts, broadcasting and hosting, visual communication design, environmental design, product design, clothing and costume design, and music performance are/kloc-0.2 million yuan; 2. 3. Undergraduate tuition fees for preparatory courses are charged according to the tuition fees for ordinary undergraduate majors in the year of preparatory enrollment (see Guangxi University for Nationalities Admissions Information Network for details).

4. After undergraduate students are promoted to undergraduate courses, their tuition fees are charged according to the standards of undergraduate students with the same major in our school.

(2) Accommodation: East Campus: 700 yuan is paid in advance for each student in each academic year, and 900 yuan is paid in advance for each student in each academic year. After entering the school, according to different accommodation conditions and the charging standards approved by the price bureau of the autonomous region, more refunds and less subsidies will be made.

(3) collecting fees on behalf of others

1. Medical examination fee for freshmen 60 yuan.

2. The basic medical insurance premium for urban residents: the principle of voluntary participation, and the individual contribution is 1.20 yuan per year (the final document of the Social Security Bureau shall prevail, and the overpayment and the underpayment shall be made). Students do not enjoy free medical care during school, and uninsured students take care of themselves for outpatient expenses and medical expenses (including hospitalization) caused by diseases during school.

3. Textbook fee: students can purchase according to their needs after registering for school. The accounting major in China and Britain is expected to be 1.5 million yuan/year, and other majors are expected to be in 500 yuan/year.

4. Military training clothing fee: freshmen's military training clothing fee 130 yuan, which will be purchased according to their needs after enrollment. The People's Armed College implements paramilitary management, and the new bedding (clothes), barrels, cups and other daily necessities are uniformly deployed by the logistics department of Guangxi Military Region, and the required cost is 1896 yuan.

(4) Commercial insurance premium

Students do not enjoy free medical care during their school days. In addition to participating in the basic medical insurance for urban residents, students can still voluntarily participate in the comprehensive safe commercial insurance for students. Every year in 80 yuan, the insurance company will handle it on the spot when reporting the case.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) payment method

(1) Payment method: Tuition, accommodation, medical examination and basic medical insurance for urban residents are paid by students through the bank (including bank counter payment and bank online banking payment), and other expenses are paid in cash after being reported to the school.

The specific payment operation method is as follows:

1. Freshmen outside Guangxi pay through online banking of Bank of China or Agricultural Bank of China (1): log in to online banking of Bank of China (online banking is required for bank cards). Click "People's Livelihood Service" → Select "Education Examination Recharge" → Service Variety (Select "Tuition") → Province/municipality directly under the Central Government (Guangxi) → City (all cities within Guangxi's jurisdiction) → Merchant Name (Tuition) → Click "Next" → Select the name of the payment institution "Guangxi University for Nationalities", enter the student number (examinee number) and payment year, and enter the payment.

(2) Payment by online banking of Agricultural Bank of China: Log in to online banking of Agricultural Bank of China (online banking is required for bank cards), click Payment → Click Online Payment → Select Payment Information Maintenance → Select Branch Information "Guangxi Branch" and submit it → Select Payment Type "Guangxi University Tuition Collection" → Enter Student ID (Candidate ID) and Student ID 065433.

Or after arriving in Guangxi, pay according to the new payment method in Guangxi.

2 Freshmen in Guangxi can pay fees in China Bank, China Agricultural Bank and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank:

(1) Bank Counter Payment

Payment at the counter of China Bank: Before September 10, freshmen will pay fees at various China bank outlets in Guangxi with the Admission Ticket and the Admission Notice, and pay the number of candidates in the Times and the name of the school "Guangxi University for Nationalities" (China bank payment code: 450060 13), and then deposit the tuition and fees payable in the bank (China bank card or cash). After the payment is completed, ask the counter salesperson for the payment receipt stamped with the bank receipt and keep it properly. At the beginning of school, register with the receipt.

Payment at the counter of Agricultural Bank of China: Freshmen shall pay at the local Agricultural Bank's business outlets before September 10 with the Admission Ticket and the Admission Notice. When paying fees, freshmen need to fill out a voucher for tuition and miscellaneous fees, fill in the candidate number and the payment code of Guangxi University for Nationalities at the Agricultural Bank of China: "0 19655", and then deposit the tuition and miscellaneous fees they should pay in the bank to complete the payment. After the payment is completed, freshmen must ask the counter salesperson for the payment receipt stamped with the bank receipt and keep it properly. When registering for school, you should register with the payment receipt.

The following contents must be filled in the voucher for tuition and miscellaneous fees: ① Fill in the school code column: 019655; 2 fill in the student number column: the candidate number; ③ Fill in the amount column: pay the amount through the bank; ④ Fill in the payer's name column: new student's name.

Payment at the counter of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank: Freshmen should show their Admission Ticket and Admission Notice to the branches of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank before September 10. When paying fees, you should report the "candidate number" and the name of the school "Guangxi University for Nationalities", and then deposit the tuition and miscellaneous fees that should be paid into the bank (Guangxi Beibu Gulf bank card or cash) to complete the payment. After the payment is completed, ask the counter salesperson for the payment receipt stamped with the bank receipt and keep it properly. At the beginning of school, register with the receipt.

(2) Online banking payment: refer to the operation method of online banking payment for freshmen outside the region for payment.

3. Bank payment amount:

(1) Freshmen from Art College, Media College, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, College of Ocean and Biotechnology, School of Physical Education and Health Sciences:

Amount paid through the bank = tuition fees paid in advance by various majors+accommodation fees; 900 yuan+medical examination fees for freshmen; 60 yuan+basic medical insurance fees for urban residents 1.20 yuan (2) freshmen from other institutions:

The amount paid through the bank = tuition fees received in advance by each major+accommodation fees, 700 yuan+medical examination fees for freshmen, 60 yuan+basic medical insurance fees for urban residents 120 yuan. 4. The bill will be issued to the students by the college after the freshmen enter the school.

Special note: in order to facilitate the enrollment of freshmen, please try to pay through the bank before enrollment.

(II) Payment time: Please go through the payment procedures through China Bank, China Agricultural Bank and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank from August 20th to September 10.

(A) the identification of students from poor families

Students with real financial difficulties can apply for state grants and subsidies for living difficulties. Only after they arrive at the school, with the official seal of the civil affairs department at or above the township and sub-district offices, the "Questionnaire on the Family Economic Situation of Students in Guangxi University for Nationalities" (see Annex 1), after their own application, class democratic appraisal, student review and school approval, are identified as students with financial difficulties.

(2) Instructions on the application for student-origin credit student loans.

Student-origin credit student loan has the characteristics of long loan term and full loan amount. The school encourages students with financial difficulties to apply for credit student loans in their places of origin. Freshmen who want to apply for student-origin credit student loans should consult the county (district) student financial assistance management office in time (after July 15), and go through the loan procedures with the admission notice, my ID card and the Questionnaire on Students and Families in Colleges and Universities stamped with the official seal of the civil affairs department at or above the township (or street office) (see Annex 2), so as to fill in the loan acceptance certificate before declaration and hand it over to them when declaring. The student financial assistance management center of the school will handle the loan receipt entry in a unified way.

(3) Children of poor rural households in Guangxi.

In order to effectively confirm the identity and qualification of the children of poor rural households, in the autumn semester, the children of poor rural households apply for the financial aid policy for students with financial difficulties by virtue of the Poverty Alleviation Manual (copy).

After entering the school, the poverty alleviation handbook (photocopy), the letter of admission, the questionnaire on students and their families in colleges and universities or the questionnaire on the family economic situation of students in Guangxi University for Nationalities can be used as the basis for students with financial difficulties in schools to identify and give priority to national grants and other recipients' qualifications.

The copies provided must be copied on A4 paper.

Seven, freshmen must report to the school on time, the school is not responsible for the reception of those who arrive in advance, and those who do not report for more than two weeks are regarded as giving up their admission qualifications. After the new students enter the school, the school will conduct an audit in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and those who fail to pass the audit will be disqualified.

Eight, according to the provisions of the National People's Congress [2013] No.289, students are prohibited from using electric cars, motorcycles and cars on campus. Individuals can bring some clothes, school supplies and daily necessities, and all students are not allowed to bring motorcycles, electric cars, bicycles and other expensive and bulky items to school.

Special reminder: freshmen should pay special attention to personal and property safety on the way to the school newspaper and at the beginning of school, and beware of being deceived. According to previous years, freshmen mainly encounter the following problems:

(1) If property is lost or stolen, freshmen and parents should take good care of their property.

(two) by criminals posing as fellow villagers, classmates, teachers and other identities to borrow computers, bank cards, mobile phones to commit fraud or robbery, please freshmen and parents to guard against strangers.

(3) Being confused and deceived by all kinds of sales promotion, freshmen and parents are advised to beware of selling telephone cards, bank cards and bedding outside stations, dormitories and school gates to prevent personal information from leaking and buy black-hearted cotton. Need to apply for phone cards, bank cards, bedding, to the regular shopping malls, business halls or school love service points.
