1. Short message sent by Chinese mainland Unicom mobile phone users to mobile operators outside Chinese mainland:

Just enter "00+ country code (or Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao code)+user number" (for example, send a short message to a Hong Kong user and enter "00852+ user's mobile phone number" for the receiving number. (Note: No "0" can be added before the user's mobile phone number)

Send SMS 0.8 yuan/message (receiving SMS is free);

2. Short message (MMS) sent by Unicom mobile phone users outside Chinese mainland to mobile operator users in Chinese mainland and other regions: (Sending and receiving SMS and MMS are exactly the same as domestic dialing).

For short messages sent to users of Chinese mainland mobile phone operators, directly enter the other party's mobile phone number in the receiving number item;

Send to other countries and regions, and directly enter "international access code or Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao access code-country code or Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao area code-user number" in the receiving number item.
