Complaint process of industrial and commercial bureau

The process of accepting complaints by the industrial and commercial departments is as follows:

1. Consumer complaints: If a consumer complains to the administrative department for industry and commerce or goes to the administrative department for industry and commerce by letter, fax, SMS, e-mail, 123 15 website, the contents and reasons of the complaint shall be explained;

2. The industrial and commercial department accepts complaints: the staff of the industrial and commercial administrative department will accept complaints and record relevant information within seven working days;

Within 3.60 days, after the consumer parties agree to mediation, the administrative department for industry and commerce will organize mediation and inform the parties of the time, place and mediator of mediation. After the parties reach a mediation, the administrative department for industry and commerce shall make a mediation document and put it on record.
