How does Alipay apply for a refund?

I have encountered the problem of how Alipay applies for a refund before, and it is quite easy to solve it. Next, I'll tell you how to operate:

Tools: Huawei Changxiang 10plus, HarmonyOS System 2.0.0, Alipay 10.2.96.

The first step is to open Alipay and click the bill on my page. (as shown in the figure below)

Step 2: After entering the bill, click on the purchased goods that you want to refund. (as shown in the figure below)

Step 3: After entering the page, click on the service details. (as shown in the figure below)

Step 4: On the new page, click Apply for Refund. (as shown in the figure below)
