How does the Agricultural Bank app change the reserved mobile phone number?

You can modify the reserved mobile phone number of debit card in the following ways:

1. Palm Bank: version 7.0 and above. You can enter my real-name mobile phone number and SMS verification code to modify it through "My → Security Center → Mobile phone number management → Bank reserved mobile phone number → Modify" in the lower right corner of the Pocket Banking page. The modification process needs to verify the ID number, face and mobile phone number registered by my real name. The reserved mobile phone number and the verified mobile phone number must be authenticated by my real name. If the reserved mobile phone number is not used or reserved in our bank, and the version below version 7.0 of our bank has been registered, you can click "Forgot Password" when logging in our bank, enter your ID number, and click "Change and Verify Mobile Phone Number" to modify the reserved mobile phone number simultaneously. If it cannot be modified successfully, please bring your valid ID card, bank card and mobile phone receiving verification code to any branch of our bank for processing.

2. Counter: Please bring your valid ID card, bank card and mobile phone for receiving verification code to any branch of our bank.

Tips:

1. The secondary debit card cannot modify the reserved mobile phone number different from the primary card.

2. In order to implement regulatory requirements and prevent telecom fraud, please consult the handling outlets for specific business handling.

You can modify the reserved mobile phone number of the credit card in the following ways:

1. Zhangyin: Please log in to Zhangyin APP, click "Home → Credit Card → Card Manager → Personal Information" and modify the reserved mobile phone number through the "Mobile Phone Number" menu.

2. Customer service hotline: Please call our credit card customer service hotline 4006695599 to apply for modifying the reserved mobile phone number.

3. Counter: Please bring your valid ID card and credit card to any branch of Agricultural Bank of China for change.
