South Korea study visa application process

Fill in the application form

Fill in the anti-visa application form, prepare it in advance, and then go to the entry-exit administration department to formally fill it out.

Prepare materials

Student preparation materials: school certificate, report card (from last semester) and attendance certificate. The invitees should prepare: household registration book, ID card, passport (preferably all originals), ID card photo, photos of them and you, and proof of kinship (impartiality).

Write an invitation letter

Write a letter of reason for inviting parents, which shall be stamped by the department in charge of international student affairs of the school. There is no clear format for this thing. Half a page is enough, but it should include a statement about the purpose of coming to Korea, abiding by the law and returning to China on time.

Waiting for notice

Wait 1 half a month to two months, and send you the anti-visa number by SMS or email.
