Why can't the travel code find the travel track?

There may be several reasons why the travel code can't find the travel track:

1. The user's call in the past 14 days does not have enough valid data. Users need to record the call data of a city with the earliest and latest interval of more than 4 hours in recent 14 days to display the itinerary.

2. Users of China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom can use the travel card service. Users with new accounts can only use this service after 14 days.

3. There is an error in the travel card data.

Solution?

1, you can try to make a few more calls, or turn off the Wi-Fi connection and use 4G traffic, and you can find the data the next day without any problems.

2. Call any of your relatives and friends for more than three minutes; Call relatives and friends every four hours (more than three minutes). Note: Make sure that the two calls are completed before 20:00 on the same day. The next day, your communication big data travel card is normal.

3. Slide the WeChat homepage down to the applet page to open the "the State Council Client" applet. Find the "Epidemic Prevention Travel Card" on the home page. Enter your mobile phone number and verification code, and click Query to see your dynamic travel card.
