Legal analysis: There are four ways to cancel the SMS service fee of CCB:

1. Call the service number of China Construction Bank 95533, then press 8 to enter other services, press 3 to enter the SMS signing service, enter the account and information according to the voice prompt, and then select 2 to cancel the SMS service;

2. Edit SMS to cancel. Edit SMS: "Last four digits of QXZH card number" and send it to 95533. After receiving the confirmation message, the SMS service was successfully cancelled.

3. Log in to online banking, click Security Center, click SMS service, select SMS verification service, and then select Cancel to successfully cancel SMS service function.

4. Bring your ID card and bank card to the nearest China Construction Bank outlet counter to apply for canceling the SMS reminder service.

Legal basis: Article 39 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests. Disputes between consumers and business operators on consumers' rights and interests can be resolved through the following channels:

(a) negotiated settlement with the operator;

(2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate;

(three) to complain to the relevant administrative departments;

(four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration;

(5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
