You can't listen to text messages

I can't hear the voice when I send a message, and I can't see the expression when I call. Sending messages is definitely silent, because we send words, but we can choose to send voices so that we can hear them. You can't see your face when you call, because we're not opening a video. We can choose to open a video for viewing.
