How is ETC authentication fraud SMS realized?

After receiving the fraudulent short message, the owner clicks the link (etcssg.com, a fraudulent website disguised as ETC-related business) to start authentication, and fills in the ID number, credit card number, expiration date, security code and SMS verification code according to the pop-up webpage. What followed was not a notice of successful authentication, but a consumer reminder message sent by the bank, which made the owner cheated.
