(1) Select the motor vehicle corresponding to the owner and click Query.

(2) Select the destination city (mainland residents who are not registered at the destination must hold a residence permit), and click Next.

(3) After filling in the relevant vehicle information correctly, obtain the mobile phone verification code and submit it to successfully generate the motor vehicle transfer application.

If you need to change the owner of the motor vehicle, please select the option of changing the owner of the motor vehicle.

(1) Select Transfer to Ground and click Next.

(2) Fill in the corresponding information of the original owner, upload photos of the unified invoice for used car sales, and obtain the mobile phone verification code. After successful submission, a motor vehicle transfer application can be generated.

4. Vehicles that have completed the motor vehicle transfer registration (transfer-out business) through "Traffic Management 12 123" can directly go to the vehicle management office of the transfer place for vehicle inspection and handle the motor vehicle transfer registration business.
