What should I do if I am prompted to send the mail as spam?

Previously, Apple brought a major improvement in iOS 13.3: it minimized the spam received by the Messages application, but this may cause you to prompt "The message has been sent as spam" when sending a message to other iPhone users. If you encounter this situation after upgrading your system, you can:

1. Ask the recipients to add your phone number to their address book.

Ask the receiver to send you a message to start the conversation.

3. On your device, go to Settings-Messages-Send and Receive, and make sure that only your phone number is selected under "Use when starting a new conversation". If you choose your Apple ID, the information will be sent as spam.

4. If you are using an iPad or an iPod touch, please turn on the "message forwarding" function on the iPhone.

Set message forwarding: On your iPhone, go to Settings-Message Forwarding.

Choose which devices can send and receive information from your iPhone. If you don't enable two-factor authentication for your Apple ID, the verification code will be displayed on all your other devices: please enter this code on the iPhone. As long as your iPhone is turned on and connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network, you can send and receive new SMS/MMS messages on the devices you add.
