Search on the homepage of China UnionPay Express APP, and enter "transaction record" for query.

Order number or payment voucher number query

You can check the corresponding transaction through China UnionPay Express App-My Bill (or "My Bill").

Designated bank card transaction record query

You can query through China UnionPay Express App-Card Management-Select the corresponding bank card-transaction records.

Tips:

1. All bank cards used for transaction inquiry must be bound to China UnionPay Express.

2. If you can't find the transaction information, it may be that your transaction has not been transferred through the UnionPay system or the transaction time has exceeded three years, so you need to contact the issuing bank for inquiry.
