Filing by government agencies, institutions and social organizations: scanned original organization code certificate, scanned original ID card of the person in charge of the website, photo of the person in charge of the website for capital verification, scanned original ID card of the legal person and scanned capital verification form (with official seal);

3. Personal filing: scanned copies of the front and back of the original ID card of the person in charge, photos of the person in charge and scanned copies of the verification sheet.
