Set the other party's mobile phone number to: 00-1-831* * * * *

Then send a text message in the normal way.

But there are two small problems:

1。 Is the Chinese code of your mobile phone GB or Unicode? Can the system of the other mobile phone company send and receive GB or Unicode codes? The United States is likely to send and receive Unicode codes.

2。 After receiving the other party's mobile phone, can you decode GB code or Unicode code and restore it to Chinese? If it's a self-owned brand mobile phone made in Chinese mainland, it's probably GB code if it's used there. If it is a global brand mobile phone made in Chinese mainland or the United States, it is likely to use Unicode encoding.

If the two parties don't match, Chinese short messages sent or received sometimes appear garbled. I can only send and receive English messages at this time.
