Huawei Glory v9 blacklisted the phone number. Can you still get the text message?

You can receive short messages to block incoming calls, but you can't block short messages. You can still receive information by setting a blacklist on your mobile phone, but it can't be displayed in the system message, only in the notification bar.

If you blacklist the other party's phone, you can also receive the other party's short message. Unless you blacklist the other party, you won't receive SMS notification from the other party.
