Glory V 10 harassment interception blacklist cannot be removed?

After the phone housekeeper > clicks the setting icon in the harassment interception, click the number blacklist and remove the number. The number will still be intercepted by the phone housekeeper as a blacklist number and displayed in the harassment interception record.

The cause of the problem:

When deleting the blacklist number in the mobile phone housekeeper, the synchronization of the system's own blacklist database of interception harassment is abnormal, and deleting the blacklist number fails, which leads to this problem.

Solution:

You can delete the cache number of the blacklist database for intercepting harassment first, and then delete the cache data of the mobile phone housekeeper.

The operation mode is as follows: to delete the cached data of the blacklist database for blocking harassment: click Settings > Applications and Notifications > Application Management > More > Display System Processes > Store Mask Numbers >; Store > delete data.

Delete the data path cached by the mobile phone manager: click Settings > Applications and Notifications > Application Management > Mobile Phone Manager > Storage > Delete Data. This operation will delete the cached data of the mobile phone housekeeper.
