1. 2. declare in advance: Those who come to Shaoxing and return to Shaoxing need to voluntarily declare relevant information in the "Shaoxing Epidemic Prevention Declaration Platform" in advance; Personal protection should be done strictly on the way back to Shaoxing. Wear masks and wash your hands frequently in closed places such as buses and elevators.

3. Cooperate with management and control: the returning personnel should cooperate with the unit to inquire about the residence history and verify the nucleic acid test report when reporting; Employees who come to Shaoxing's high-risk areas or have a history of living in areas where cases have occurred are not allowed to take up their posts (study) for the time being, and immediately report to their units and villages (communities) to cooperate with the implementation of "14+7" or "2+ 14" control measures; Other persons who live abroad for 0/4 days for self-health observation.

4. Active detection: those who come to Shaoxing from low-risk areas outside the province and report negative nucleic acid within 48 hours will be tested again at the willing checkpoint on the fourth day after Shaoxing; If there is no negative report of nucleic acid within 48 hours, free nucleic acid detection will be conducted at the willing checkpoint on the first 1 day and the fourth day in Shaodi; Personnel from epidemic cities in the province shall refer to the implementation.

5. Consciously report. Once the returned personnel receive the information of close contacts and other risk personnel notified by the municipal (city, county, district) CDC or other units, they should immediately report to the local village (neighborhood) or unit, and report to the local CDC or the prevention and control office step by step. Put on a mask and wait at the scene alone. It is forbidden to move and gather people again. Keep the phone open and actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control personnel to investigate and deal with it.

6. Take the initiative to vaccinate. Vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine is the most economical and effective means to prevent and control COVID-19 epidemic, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of severe illness and death. If you haven't been vaccinated, please take the time to get vaccinated, and take two booster shots for more than 6 months.

7. Avoid caking. Minimize the gathering of people, advocate "delayed wedding, simple things, no banquets", strictly control the scale of conference activities, wear masks throughout the conference activities, and do personal protection.

All units and individuals should actively implement the main responsibility, guard their own doors, manage their own people, and implement various prevention and control measures of their own units.

Units and individuals that do not cooperate with relevant measures for epidemic prevention and control shall be given administrative penalties such as informed criticism, warning, suspension of business for rectification according to the law. If the circumstances are serious, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law; If serious consequences are caused by concealment, misrepresentation, omission or delay in reporting, relevant responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
