3. For special cases such as customization and pre-sale, if the delivery time is otherwise agreed, the goods are actually not delivered within the agreed time of 3.6. 1 and 3.6.2, counting from the last day of promised delivery.
For merchants who violate this situation, the following measures will be taken according to the package collection situation (timely package collection rate within 48 hours = number of orders within 48 hours/number of evaluated orders):
If the timely pick-up rate is ≧95% for 48 hours per week, the delayed delivery order will be deducted 1 minute per order, with no more than 7 points per week.
