Why is there no SMS details in vivo x20 lock screen?

There are no SMS details in vivo X20 lock screen. Maybe the lock screen was not opened to inform the details.

How to open the lock screen notification details: Open the lock screen notification details in Settings-Status Bar and Notification-Information.

Specific operation steps:

Enter phone settings.

2. Click on the status bar and notification.

3. Click on the information.

4. Open the lock screen to inform the details.

Note: If the SMS is encrypted, detailed information cannot be displayed in the screen lock notification.
