How many strange messages can a mobile phone send a day?

Mobile phones can send 1000 to 2,000 strange short messages a day.

In order to prevent the intrusion of spam messages on mobile phone users, the news from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that the three major telecom operators in China will limit the number of SMS messages sent by users every day, and the regulations are: 1. No more than 200 messages per hour on non-holidays and no more than 1000 messages per day;

2. During holidays, the number of articles per hour shall not exceed 500, and the total number of articles per day shall not exceed 2000.
