You hacked this number, which is usually a marketing call. You can see this number in harassment interception.

To remove the black number, you can turn on the phone in your mobile phone and click on the three points in the upper right corner. In the pop-up message, select harassment interception. Then click the interception rule below. Then click Call Blocking Rules. Just turn off all the intercepted switches.
