2. For each power customer, there is a user number, that is, the power consumption file number of the power customer; The user number is generally 15- 16 digits, which is the user's file number. You can pay attention to the public platform of China Southern Power Grid 95598, go to My Power Consumption > Personal Center > click+or Start, select two items, such as mobile phone number, user number, ID number reserved in power supply enterprise, 6 digits after withholding bank account, 6 digits after business license number and 6 digits after organization code, and you can find the user number after verification and binding.
