Wechat restarts receiving SMS.

The reason is one of the following two situations. First, the mobile phone is set to disconnect (naturally unable to receive messages after disconnection), and second, WeChat does not allow background activities (WeChat is automatically cleared after entering the background or the mobile phone is on standby, and it is also unable to receive messages).
